1. Who we are

2. How your files are handled
Pictures, video, audio, PDF, document, ebook and archive files you choose are read and converted by code running in your browser tab (FFmpeg compiled to WebAssembly, the browser's picture engine, and JavaScript libraries). The file contents are not sent to any server operated by us or anyone else.
Converted results live only in the tab's memory. They are removed automatically after the time chosen in Settings (5–60 minutes, or when the tab closes) and are always gone when you close the tab.
3. What we collect and do not collect
We do not collect: your files or their contents, names, email addresses, accounts, payment details, location, contacts or device identifiers. The app has no login and no payment features.
Stored on your own device only (browser local storage): your settings, a conversion history of file names, sizes, formats and results (can be turned off in Settings), and a short list of unfinished jobs so an interrupted conversion can be reported after a reload. This information never leaves your device through our code.
4. Third-party providers
To work, your browser downloads resources from:
- unpkg.com — delivers the FFmpeg conversion engine the first time you convert video or audio.
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) — delivers the site's typefaces.
- The hosting provider that serves this website.
These providers receive normal request data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, under their own privacy policies. They do not receive your files.
5. Advertising, analytics, cookies and tracking
Our code contains no advertising, no analytics and no tracking tools, and sets no cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details about local storage. The hosting provider may keep short-lived technical server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and reliability.
6. Data retention and deletion
Converted files: deleted from memory as described above. History and settings: kept on your device until you clear history in the app or clear this site's data in your browser. We hold no copy, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
7. Your rights
Wherever you live, including under the EU/UK GDPR, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to processing. Because we do not store personal data about you, most requests can be met by clearing your browser data. You may still contact us at javediqbal4uafj@gmail.com with any request.
8. Security limitations
Keeping files on your device avoids upload risks, but no system is fully secure. Anyone with access to your device or browser profile can see local history. Third-party code downloaded from the providers above is outside our control.
9. Children
The service is suitable for all ages. It collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
10. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, show a notice on the website.
